Whether you are a complete beginner or wish to test yourself on something harder this venue (only 5 minutes from the coasteering) has lots of opinions!
Nothing beats the exhilaration and triumph of scaling a rock face. Rock climbing serves as an all body workout, involving most of the major muscle groups. It can also help you to build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and sharpen your mental focus. This makes it the perfect outdoor active sport for learning about the environment and yourself through sport.
